The Main Kitchen is expansive and features a large dining area, breakfast bar, breakfast terrace which enjoys the morning sunshine. The Kitchen has been designed to the highest specification and includes excellent amenities including Siemens Oven, Microwave, Hob and Steamer, there are a fitted Dishwasher and Wine Cooler.  There is also access to the BBQ area and garden.
 
The Master suite is located on the ground floor and has a bedroom with super king bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, dressing area, large lounge with TV and a terrace leading to the pool and garden. Outside you will find an Entertainment Area including a pool table, built-in barbecue, outside kitchen facilities, luxury Jacuzzi and large swimming pool perfect for large parties to cook, socialise, swim and bathe in the world-renowned Southern Spain climate. The villa has 6 sumptuous bedroom suites all of which are air-conditioned and designed to the highest specification.

The lower ground floor has been ergonomically designed and features a large lounge area, kitchen area with full amenities, breakfast area and three bathrooms. Children and young adults are welcome and a cot, high chair, stroller and outdoor play facilities for young children can be arranged on request. There is a family suite featuring two large double beds and complete en-suite bathroom facilities.

The property is located enviably, with a short drive to Puerto Banus and the many exquisite beaches and restaurants along the Golden Mile heading towards the historic Marbella Old Quarter.
